COULTOUR brings together two distinct backgrounds and a shared love of travel.

Dahrei (Rei) An
Originally from Taiwan and now based in Hawaiʻi, Rei brings an international perspective and a lifelong passion for food, culture, and travel.
A Certified Hawaiʻi Destination Specialist with master's degrees in Italian Gastronomy and Tourism and Strategic Communication, Rei also holds a government-issued MICE professional certification from Taiwan and has an academic background in Nutrition and Food Science.
Her professional experience spans the food and hospitality industry, sourcing specialty ingredients for chefs and working in wine imports. These experiences have shaped her appreciation for culinary craftsmanship, cultural traditions, and hospitality.
An enthusiastic traveler and artist, Rei enjoys discovering distinctive accommodations, memorable dining experiences, and the personal connections that make each destination unique.
As a Hawaiʻi-based independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora, she combines firsthand island knowledge, international experience, and culinary expertise to create thoughtfully tailored journeys that reflect each traveler's interests and pace.

Greg Kempson
A longtime Hawaiʻi and California resident, entrepreneur, and international events professional, Greg brings more than four decades of experience in travel, transportation, security, and event logistics to COULTOUR.
Having lived and owned businesses in Hawaiʻi and California for more than 30 years, Greg has developed a deep appreciation for the people and communities of both states, California's wine country lifestyle, and Hawaiʻi's spirit of aloha.
His career has taken him around the world — contributing to major events including the Super Bowl, Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, Formula 1, America's Cup, Vatican conferences, and high-profile Fortune and corporate events.
An enthusiastic traveler, Greg has a particular appreciation for California and European wine regions, their viticulture, local cuisines, warm hospitality, and distinctive traditions.
At COULTOUR, Greg's entrepreneurial background, international experience, and global perspective complement Rei's expertise in culture, gastronomy, and hospitality — together creating journeys that celebrate the art of meaningful travel.
